DR. DEBORAH SUNG will be CLOSING her family practice effective October 31, 2025.
Unfortunately, the other doctors at Focus Health Clinic are unable to accept any new patients. Please check https://albertafindadoctor.ca/ to find family doctors in your area that are accepting patients.

Your new family doctor can access most of your medical documents via Netcare. If you still require an official chart transfer, there will be an administrative fee associated with this depending on file size. Your new family doctor will ask you to sign an Authorization to Release this info and they will send us this request.
