Troubleshooting - Blocked Phone Calls

 

If you have an android:
- Open the phone keypad (as if you are about to make a call)
- Tap the three dots (more options) at the top right. > Select settings.

- Scroll down and tap block numbers (or Blocked numbers / Caller ID & spam).

- Unselect block calls from unknown numbers or block unknown/private numbers

If you have an iphone:

- Open Settings > Apps > Phone (or just Phone on older iOS versions).

- Find Silence Unknown Callers or Screen Unknown Callers.

- Set it to Never or turn the toggle Off so unsaved numbers ring normally.

(Make sure to restart your phone after changing these settings)
